Spring is a time of rebirth for nature as new growth emerges from the ground and buds appear overnight on trees. It is also an opportunity for us to start anew by taking advantage of the nutrition abundant in these new crops and other foods that provide detoxifying properties.

You will learn the benefits of a gentle spring cleanse and have the opportunity to try detoxifying recipes from Mirit Markowitz and Kelsey Perusse, advanced nutrition students supervised by clinical faculty Kelly Morrow, MS, RD, CD.
