Healing Philosphy:

"I believe your body has the innate capability to keep you safe while experiencing illness. I believe that it is my job to help facilitate the conversation between you and your body and act as a bridge to your necessary care. This could be through the interpretation of lab results, understanding hunger cues, and even interpreting pain/illness signals for appropriate work up. We all have a different understanding of what "health" looks like. I want to establish that definition with you, and unpack where this definition came from. My goal for my patients is that they will be able to move forward feeling safe and at home in their bodies. I primarily focus on counseling, physical medicine and herbal modalities. I stand on a foundation of deep understanding of western medicine to to easily weave traditional and modern paradigms. I look forward to growing with you on your health journey."
